Returns & Exchanges

When shipping your return to us, include a copy of your packing slip or order number along with the reason for your return. Remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking to confirm receipt of your return. Cerosjeans.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages during transit. Additionally, Cerosjeans.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original invoice.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items can only be returned for a store credit (E-Gift Card) and are not eligible for refunds. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is valid for 1 year from issue date.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your new, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order.

Please note, item must be received in new and saleable condition.

Refused Shipments

If your shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value less the round trip shipping cost and any restocking fee we deem appropriate. This applies to orders that qualified for free shipping.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error (i.e. wrong item, color, or size) on our behalf in which we will gladly issue a prepaid return label and full refund or credit including the shipping cost.

Errors will be validated against the original invoice.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments (Excluding free shipping promotion).

Ceros does not price match other retailers.

Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and are not valid on previous purchases and international orders.
